Kay joined us in 2015 from a long career in Customer Services in the banking world. Although all of our heroes are responsible for delivering a brilliant customer service, Kay and her team provide an independent resource, working with clients to iron out any wrinkles and make sure everything is on track.

You are also likely to meet Kay as a new customer as she is involved in our new client on-boarding process.
