Customer care survey 2009 results

Our 2009 payroll customer survey is now complete and we are delighted with the results


Some of the highlights were

  • 99% of our customers would recommend us to their business contacts. There is no greater test of customer satisfaction than asking if a customer would be happy to refer them to their business contacts.
  • We are meeting or exceeding all of our new customer’s expectations. Correct, 100% of our customers said that we were meeting or exceeding their expectations. We don’t over promise and we don’t under deliver.  
  • We rate a score of 95% in the excellent and outstanding categories for resolving questions. Our team work on the all round payroll needs and that includes dealing with any queries that arise, and not just processing numbers and signing off payrolls
  • 86% of our customers think we are excellent or higher on value for money. We know we have an excellent service representing good old fashioned value for money. We don’t aim to be the cheapest and we are sure you don’t want a cheap and cheerful company running your payroll. But value for money is very important
  • 98% of our customers think we rank as excellent for accessibility. That means no you don’t need to be worried about getting through to the right person when you need to.
