We're very proud of ePaysafe. It’s our system - we developed it and it's our baby. It's what you can use to log in to your payroll services and accounts and explore what's going on this month or at the year end. It doesn't mean more work for you, far from it. What it means is greater transparency and any time access to all the archived payroll information from previous months and years. It's easy to use and unique to Dataplan Payroll services.

And we’re not the only ones who think it’s pretty special. ePaysafe has just won a significant award for innovation at the IPP Payroll and Pensions Excellence Awards. We’re chuffed to say the least - we put a lot of work and a lot of thought into ePaysafe, so it’s very gratifying that that has been recognised.

The award is also a vindication of our attitude to customer service. We believe that a payroll solution should involve as much or as little interaction as the client business wants. ePaysafe is one manifestation of that attitude. We also give every account a dedicated project manager to oversee their payroll solution and make sure any concerns they have or issues that arise with our payroll bureau services are dealt with swiftly and to the client’s satisfaction.
