Stewart Waddell

Stewart is the manager of Dataplan Payroll and joined us in 1996. Since then he has moved up the ranks to becoming manager in early 2006.

Stewart is responsible for the overseeing the day to day running of the department and making sure that all runs well and payrolls are produced.

He is also full of ideas for development of Dataplan's innovative technology solution Paysafe alongside internal systems such as DMS and our payroll software.
Richard Rowell

Richard is the Managing director of Dataplan Payroll Limited. A fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants he is also a partner at Forrester Boyd Chartered Accountants.

 

Richard has been providing strategic direction for Dataplan for over 10 years now. He chairs a national working party targeted at assisting accounting firms who provide payroll services for their clients.

 

Richard is also responsible for the ideas and development of Dataplan's innovative technology solutions such as Paysafe

 
Rebecca Whall

Rebecca has been with us since 2006 and is our payroll project manager.

If you are a new client to Dataplan Rebecca will probably be involved in helping you come across to us.
Vic Risdale

Vic has been in payroll for more years than he cares to remember and is our most experienced payroll processor
Ann Lynn

Ann started work in payroll during 1992. Spending 15 years working for a railway company Ann has developed a wide background and knowledge in Payroll. Ann joined Dataplan in 2007 and looks after a variety of clients.
Lynn Turner

Prior to joining Dataplan Lynn spent a number of years working in Retail and Recruitment, where she also gained experience in wages and payroll processing.

Lynn has been with us since 2006 and looks after clients from a variety of sectors, including the Leisure Industry, advertising and our recruitment agency clients. Lynn’s other interests include poetry and eating biscuits.
Richard Nutall

Richard has been with Dataplan since 2006, and is part of the Dataplan Education team specialising in school payrolls.

Since joining Dataplan, Richard has spent time studying, and has gained the Advanced Payroll Technician qualification and is now moving onto the next level.

 
Ros Hatton

Ros has been working closely with Dataplan for the last five years as their business development co-ordinator, dealing with adverts, publications and mailshots as well as day to day duties. 

Interests outside of work include gardening, classical music and foreign travel.
Lesley Morrison

Lesley is an HR specialist with an MSc in Human Resource Management.  She is a Chartered Member Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and is currently the chairperson of the Humber Branch.  Lesley is also a Member of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation.

Lesley has been with the firm for over 20 years and has had the pleasure of recruiting many of Dataplan's excellent staff.
Paul Chappell

Paul joined Dataplan from HM Revenue and Customs in 2007. Previously an Inspector of Taxes running PAYE investigation teams across the region, Paul now runs our PAYE compliance and investigation services.

Paul also provides our PAYE healthcheck service on all PAYE matters. Paul is also available to act on you behalf should you have the misfortune to have a visit from PAYE inspectors.
Wendy Balderson

Wendy joined Dataplan in April 2008, prior to this she worked as a payroll administrator for a recruitment firm for several years .  Wendy now looks after clients from various sectors .

Wendy’s interest include swimming, travelling and spending time with her family.
Lisa Salter

Lisa joined Dataplan in July 2009, previous to this Lisa worked as a Payroll Manager for a large Civil Engineering firm.  If you are a new client to Dataplan Payroll Lisa will probably be involved in your transfer.
James Kitching

James joined us in 2009, he has been undertaking IPP training since September 2010 and processes various types of payrolls.


Outside of work he plays football and badminton, and is a Lincoln City Supporter.
Linda Willis

Linda joined Dataplan in March 2010, prior to this she worked as a Payroll Administrator since 1993 for a Food Manufacturing Company.

Linda now looks after clients from various sectors.

Linda's interests include foreign travel, gardening and recently green bowling.
Victoria McKay

Victoria is one of the newest members of our team joining in 2010.

After serving with the Royal Navy Victoria spent six months with the payroll team at our Local Authority before joining Dataplan in November. Outside of payroll Victoria's interests include arts and crafts, running and most importantly spending time with her family.
