George Serls

After many years working with payroll, pensions, reward and other systems/applications in the financial services sector, George joined Dataplan in October 2015. He also brings with him a wealth of experience in local government and the 'not for profit' sectors. As well as implementations, outsourcing and service provider management from client side, he has been involved in many TUPE transfers, both in and out. Remaining calm in any crisis (of course such things never happen in our world), he is a hands on project / change manager with a keen eye for detail and maintains a can do and proactive approach when it comes to customer service.

Payroll Superpower – Problem Identification and Elimination. No problem is ever too large or too small and there is never such a thing as a daft question. He has x-ray vision when it comes to finding the root cause of any issue and then works in partnership with colleagues, specialists and stakeholders to find, define, build and test efficient, effective and robust solutions for the future.
