Working closely with the Corporate pension manager to successfully deliver a pension solution to support payroll client pension needs.


  • Develop an understanding of corporate pension systems and procedures.
  • Uploading NEST, Standard Life and other providers, pension contributions in a timely fashion meeting all set deadlines
  • Develop an understanding of the pension regulator rules for auto enrolment
  • Processing of starters, leavers, changes etc.
  • Assisting with the preparation of declaration and re declaration of compliance for client’s workplace pension schemes
  • Liaising with payroll teams, and pension schemes to resolve pension queries
  • Work towards demonstrating a rounded knowledge of pension fundamentals
  • Ad hoc duties as required.
