The charity has around 70 staff and was handling its own payroll using Sage. With the increasing requirements for payroll compliance they looked at outsourcing and decide that it was a more cost efficient approach than the investment they would need to make in staff and systems to cope with these changes.
They transferred their payroll to Dataplan at the start of financial year in April 2012.
