We’re proud of the improvements that we’ve made to our December planning process over the last two years. This has included a switch from our old style ‘fax back’ form to a quick and easy online submission system, through which our customers advise us of any changes to their December payment dates.
As well as being secure and user-friendly – our online submission form ensures maximum accuracy at our end, so you can be confident that your December pay date change will be actioned correctly and your staff paid at the right time.
This year, we will be sending our Christmas processing timetable and the online form to be completed from 1st October onwards. This will give our customers time to complete the form well in advance of December processing – and ensure that, in this most unusual payroll months, everything flows without a hitch.
