Here at Dataplan Payroll we are expanding our training strategy to match the exponential growth we have experienced in recent years within the payroll outsourcing sector.

Following 15 years of experience developing training resources in the education sector I am delighted to be joining the Dataplan team as Learning and Development Manager.

The new strategy will be central to our vision and ensure staff continue to maximise their performance and go the extra mile for our customers. I look forward to working with colleagues on achieving the following:

  • Empowering staff to be involved in meeting their future training needs and career aspirations using a range of delivery methods
  • Creating an online knowledge base to facilitate a consistently high level of service
  • Providing a comprehensive and supportive induction and mentoring programme for new staff
  • Promoting the sharing of knowledge and ideas across the organisation
